Alexis Bellino Is Unrecognizable With Shocking Red Hair

Though we may be used to Alexis Bellino sporting a sunny California blonde 'do, at one point in her beauty journey, she rocked a bright red hair look.

Back in 2020, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum had some fun experimenting with a bold new look, trying out life as a redhead with a wig. In a playful Instagram post back in March 2020, the West Coast mom shared the results, sitting on a plush couch, wearing a long, bright-red wig, and striking a sultry pose with one leg in the air. "Channeling my inner [Ariel]," Alexis captioned the snap.

After embracing the mermaid vibe, she concluded, "Redheads do have more fun," using a hashtag to make it official.

Though Alexis seems more comfortable rocking dirty blonde tresses these days, we wouldn't mind seeing her try out either an autumn-ready auburn or the trendy "cherry cola" style that's been circulating on TikTok these days.

Though she may not go full-blown red anytime soon, she's experimented with adding pink colors to her blonde hair.

In 2019, the mom of three introduced pink streaks to her signature honey blonde hair, but it was her heartfelt message to her daughters that truly resonated. She encouraged them to embrace their individuality, writing, “Be you. Be unique. Blue. Pink. Purple. No color matters. Only heart matters.”

Alexis added in the caption: “Stay true to yourself. And don’t ever let ANYONE tell you differently.”

In an Instagram video shared in April, Alexis showcased her dramatic hair transformation, beginning with her long, straight locks and transitioning to a shorter, brighter, and blonder style. Captioning the video, “So many more changes coming, but let's start with the hair,” Alexis collaborated with hairstylist Jennifer Siedler for the post.

While the details of the changes weren't fully revealed, it's clear Alexis cut her hair to a shoulder-length style and possibly toned her blonde to refresh the look. She also lightened the pieces around her face and near the roots, giving her a sunnier vibe, perfect for the warmer months.

Fellow RHOC alum Jo De La Rosa praised the new look, commenting, “Excuse me team, we’re gonna need a cleanup on aisle ATE - it looks so good!”
