Alexis took to Instagram earlier this week to give a look at her blended family with John, as they celebrated the birthday of her eldest son, James Bellino (who she shares with ex-husband, Jim Bellino). In the photo, Alexis can be seen wearing a casual outfit, while she pointed at James, who knelt in front of the group. John can be seen smiling in the background, while Alexis' two other children and John's kids from a previous relationship can be seen gathering around James.
The mom of three then proceeded to celebrate her oldest son in the caption of the post. "Who just turned 19? Who just finished freshman year at college? Who has soooooo many summer plans and future endeavors already in the books? I'll let you figure it out!" she wrote. "We love you and are so proud of you and your future, son! (Family dinners are double the size these days.)"

During a July 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Alexis revealed that her children get along well with John and his kids. "We've acclimated all of our families together, including our dogs," she said in the interview, which took place two months before they got engaged last year. "We are moving in a direction of being in it for the long haul, so it's exciting."
