Reality stars can have quite a temper about them. Anyone who watches reality TV knows just as much. Oftentimes, the most memorable pieces of drama come when one star blows up at another.

Of course, everything has its limits. Even for the sake of drama, too much anger is not a good thing. And in a recent rewatch party, Kyle and Amanda discussed the Summer House star’s unstoppable outbursts.

Lindsay compares Kyle to a toddler throwing temper tantrums

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Amanda, Kyle, and the Summer House cast rewatched highlights from the last eight seasons. During the rewatch, Amanda candidly shared, “There’s zero way to deescalate Kyle at all.” She added, “He’s just, I’ve tried every single way humanly possible, and nothing ever works.”

Amanda further admitted, “There’s so many things I just don’t know why Kyle does that he does.” To that point, she also said, “I don’t love it and that’s why I’m always like, ‘Can you just shut up? Just stop talking.’ Half the time I used to put my hand over his mouth.” Kyle, however, defended himself, saying he simply “failed miserably” to “make a point.”

Kyle explained, “I think this is the beginning of, or in the midst of a trend, where I might have a point – maybe I’m right or wrong – but it’s my delivery that certifies that I’m horribly wrong.” But even Lindsay Hubbard opined on Kyle’s anger, saying he was “like a toddler … they throw temper tantrums. It takes a while to get him to calm down.”

But despite Kyle’s anger (and the recent rumors surrounding their relationship), Kyle and Amanda are still kicking it.

Summer House is streaming on Peacock.
