Amanda Batula is officially entering the next stage of her career on Summer House.
On Season 9, Episode 11, fans finally saw her reveal her exclusive swimwear collection with South Moon Under, which became available to buy in February 2025.
Apart from Amanda and husband Kyle Cooke, Carl Radke was the first housemate to arrive to the Hamptons after the news went public.
"Congratulations!" he said with a hug. "Seriously, I'm so proud of you."
In an interview, the graphic designer explained, "I announced my swim line on social this week."
She added, "It's such a surreal moment. I could have never predicted this." Some of what amazed her? "The engagement, the likes, the shares, the comments, people that started following my swim account," from the moment she announced it.
Amanda described the experience as "insane," noting that it "blew up" right away, which "feels really good."
However, she also revealed feeling a little overwhelmed by the response. Specifically, the newly minted swimwear designer found the immediate support "terrifying."
"Because Holy s--t!" she joked, "There's a lot of people anticipating this!"
Amanda Batula reveals how she started her swimsuit line
South Moon Under sent Amanda a direct message on Instagram after seeing her discuss her desire to start a swim line on Summer House Season 8.
Talking to The Daily Dish in September 2024, Amanda revealed, "I had quite a few brands and companies and people reach out, but something about South Moon [Under] stuck out."
She added, "I love the team. And they just were really excited for me and really believed in me...You want a team that has your back."
Her inspiration for the capsule's design and fit came from her challenge to find a bathing suit that suited her proportions, but was still fashion-forward. "I wanted to create a line of styles and designs and colorways that you see out there currently," she said. "But are focused on girls that may be slightly larger chested."

Amanda's swim line launch was incredibly successful, and now she's gearing up for the second drop. On April 15, Amanda took to her Instagram Stories to share a behind-the-scenes look at a photoshoot with South Moon Under. "Something fun is happening," she wrote.

Yes, Amanda still works at Loverboy — just in a different capacity.
As she told The Daily Dish in February 2025, Amanda stepped away from day-to-day operations to prioritize a balance between her working and romantic relationships with Kyle, both her husband and the company founder.
"Now my involvement is like big-picture stuff," Amanda explained, "So I'm hands-on on any new flavors, any new product lines, packaging ... So I'm really directing more."
