Never forget, Jax used to live with Schwartz and Tom Sandoval. The Valley personality even memorialized that era with a tattoo dedicated to their friendship.

Jax FINALLY moved out of the house he shared with Brittany Cartwright and their son after months of him making them live in Airbnbs.

Social media user @TheBravoBabe posted side-by-side screenshots of Jax and Tom’s alleged roof deck. In Jax’s photo the soon-to-be divorcée staring pensively. The former SUR bartender wrote, “It will take some time for my new place to feel like a home, but it will get there. One hour at a time, one day at a time.”

The eagle eyed creator circled a section of the deck’s structure. Its walls are made of glass panels with silver hardware. There appears to be a beveled edge along the top of the pane.

The screenshot taken from Tom’s IG story was of the sky during golden hour. Again, @TheBravoBabe circled identical glass panels with silver hardware, this time they connected at an angle using the same silver hardware. Additionally, the top of the pane had a beveled edge.

If this is, indeed, the same roof deck, that doesn’t mean the Tom and Jax and roommates … they could be neighbors!

What we know about Schwartz’s apartment:

During an episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Tom described his new digs since leaving the home he shared with his ex-wife, Katie Maloney.

In February, Tom said, “It’s not that bad of an apartment. It’s fine. It’s just that it’s literally the same amount as my mortgage. And I’m not building equity. It’s not sexy. It screams bachelor. It screams dude who just got a divorce.”
