Ariana Madix Lost DWTS Due To Carrie Ann Feud?

In Season 32 of DWTS, Ariana Madix came in third place with her pro partner, Pasha Pashkov. It had always been a dream of hers to be on the dancing reality competition show. Then, her world shattered when her boyfriend of nearly a decade, Tom Sandoval cheated on her with her best friend, Rachel Leviss. They had all become well-known figures thanks to the smash hit Bravo reality series, Vanderpump Rules. The moment the affair news broke, cameras went back up to capture the aftermath of ‘Scandoval.’ Nearly everyone in the cast and viewers at home were Team Ariana and it led to her getting numerous endorsement deals.

She landed DWTS and promoted brands like Bic, Bloomingdale’s, Lay’s, T-Mobile, and Uber One. After DWTS, she headed to Broadway for two rounds as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Plus, she became the new host of Love Island on Peacock which was the hit of the summer. Unfortunately, after eleven seasons, it was announced that the cast of Vanderpump Rules was out in favor of a reboot. That was fine as Ariana had a plethora of opportunities, including her latest one, a guest appearance on Will Trent. There, she played a heightened version of herself and addressed her DWTS loss.

According to Us Weekly, Ariana Madix used this time to poke fun at herself. Michael Ormewood told her how incredible she was on DWTS and that she was “robbed.” She said she knew and it was only because Carrie Ann Inaba “hated her,” which he sensed. Whether or not that is true is unknown but there has been a lot of scoring drama on Carrie Ann’s side. Many have felt she was unfair for a while now.

Scandals & Love Drama

Of course, Ariana Madix could not properly mock herself without poking fun at ‘Scandoval.’ Michael shared he was Team Ariana which was a nod to her breakup from Tom Sandoval. However, she added that she knew all about “bad breakups.” She could not get her ex to sell their joint home and they needed a mediator so they could co-exist without having to see one another.

That all played out in Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. When Ariana and Tom first split, she had put all of her money in her now-thriving sandwich shop, Something About Her. Essentially, she was broke so she could not afford to move out but she has since bought her own home and goes back and forth between California and New York.
