Bozoma “Boz” Saint John is showing off her stunning body transformation after embarking on a fitness journey with Jerry Housey, the owner of Los Angeles’ Strong House Fitness.
In a video and photo post shared to her Instagram page on Monday, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star admitted she’s in the “best shape of [her] life” as she spoke of dropping fat and gaining muscle, and shared a couple of before and after photos.
“I told you… I’m not holding [secrets]. I’m 48 and in the best shape of my life! So, you want to know how I got my physique, and keep it? The plan is in my bio,” Boz wrote in the caption of the March 31 post.
“Thanks to my coach (and sometimes nemesis) [Jerry Housey] at [Strong House Fitness], he’s showing all the ways to get into shape and get SNATCHED! And guess what? I’m doing all the movements in every video! So you get to see firsthand how it’s done (even when I complain LOL!),” she continued. “Our antics are entertaining, but the results ain’t nothing to play with!”
“Drop body fat…build lean muscle…and sculpt your body!!” Boz declared. “LFG!!!! Click the link in bio to sign up NOW!!!”
Along with Boz’s post, the RHOBH newbie included a link to her 90-day workout plan, which includes four days of strength and endurance workouts “designed to keep your body evolving every week with fresh movement combinations that maximize sculpting and fat loss.”
The program, which costs $149.99, also includes a custom fat-loss nutrition guideline.
After sharing the results of her fitness journey, Boz received comments from her fans and followers, many of whom expressed interest in trying out her program.
“I would love to do this. I have questions: 1. How long are the workouts? 2. How long did it take to transform from the before and after photo you provided[?] I know that did not take 90 days,” one skeptic wrote.
“The workouts are 45-60 mins long. I believe you need that in order to really get enough reps in to do the work. And yes! It took about 90 days for my body to change. Matter of fact, I was smaller than the after pic when I first did it, but now I’ve put on more muscle, so I’m bigger. But in any case, it’s possible to transform if you truly commit,” Boz replied.
Others applauded Boz’s physique, writing, “Body is bangin,” and “Let’s gooooo summer body!”
“Body is [fire],” said someone else as it was also noted that Boz’s body “stays BODEEEEEEEEING!!!!”
