After filming for Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Caroline Manzo sued Bravo, suggesting that producers encouraged Brandi to be inappropriate with her. In court docs, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star said Brandi sexually assaulted her, though Brandi denies it.

Not long after, Brandi sued Andy Cohen for sexual harassment, pointing to a video he made with Kate Chastain. Andy asserted that the video, in which he asked Brandi to watch him and Kate have sex, was clearly a joke.

“Housewives is done,” said Brandi on her Unfiltered podcast in the first episode she’s made since May. “We’ve seen it. We’ve seen it all. There’s not much more we can do. Everyone now is suing everyone.”

“So [if] you’re gonna go on Housewives, you’re not gonna say a damn word,” she explained. “And all that shows me is clearly … our contracts don’t protect us.”

Brandi then shared what her attorneys allegedly told her about the contracts.

“All of my lawyers have said over the years, like, ‘Who would sign this?'” she said. “I’m like, I guess people that just want to be on TV, like myself, because I didn’t have any other prospects of jobs.”

“But you know, Tamra‘s getting sued now supposedly by one of the husbands of a cast member,” said Brandi, alluding to Jennifer Pedranti‘s boyfriend Ryan Boyajian, who suggested he’s suing Tamra after she claimed on Watch What Happens Live that he stole money from a baseball player. “And she’s gonna have to fight that in court. Like, you can’t make reality TV if you can’t say s**t without getting sued.”

The new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to air later this year or early 2025. Amid the lawsuits related to Brandi’s season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, the unaired season may forever stay in the vault.

As for her own lawsuit against the network, Brandi recently said her lawyers dropped her.
