Bravolebrities who spoke out during the LA wildfires – Vanderpump Rules to RHOBH

A week on from when the California wildfires first broke out, firefighters are still battling blazes in the LA area. Thousands of people have been displaced and had to evacuate their homes due to the fires, and 25 tragically lost their lives, per CNN. Bravolebrities from Vanderpump Rules to ladies all across the Real Housewives franchises have spoken out during the terrifying time.

This January, many Bravo stars have opted to take to social media to raise awareness for the first responders and firefighters risking their lives. More have shared their political opinions online, and others have had to deal with the heartwrenching reality of losing their family home. CNN reports millions are still at risk in the area.

Bravo’s Real Housewives take to IG

Some Real Housewives of Orange County have been taking to social media to promote fundraising events for people affected by the fires.

Katie Ginella, Shannon Beador, and Jenn Pedranti shared how they’re holding a meet and greet on January 18.

Heather Dubrow took to IG to share how she is “praying” amid the fires, and Gina Kirschenheiter and her partner, Travis Mullen, took to the internet to explain how they want to help people, too.

Real Housewives alum, Yolanda Hadid sadly lost her Malibu mansion in the fires. Her daughter, Bella Hadid, took to social media to share a photograph of her “childhood bedroom” going down in flames.

People also thought RHOBH star Sutton Stracke’s house burned down in the fires, but it was actually a piece of fake news.

Kathy Hilton shared a lengthy post when the fires broke out. Writing on IG: “…In the face of loss, may we root ourselves not in possessions but in presence…”

Lala Kent and Vanderpump Rules stars speak out

Lala Kent has been one of the more vocal Vanderpump Rules stars during the California fires.

She took to IG to share how she was evacuating with her family as her four-month-old daughter seemed to be “struggling to breathe.”

Lala said she was “leaving LA until it was safe again,” due to the air quality being affected by the fires.

More Pump Rules alums including Scheana Shay have taken to social media during the fires. Scheana confirmed to people she was “safe.”

Tom Sandoval also took to the ‘gram to offer his help to any friends who needed it during this time.

He and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, shared how they were out rescuing animals during the fires and later posted about how they’ve now adopted a dog.
