The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter took to her Instagram account on Feb. 27, where she posted a video of her embracing the outdoors now that the weather has gotten warmer. In the video, Briana filmed her feet walking on a path, as one kid walked beside her, and two of them were on bikes in front of them. The mom of four captured the leaf-less trees and sights that her walk had in store, fully embracing the slightly warmer Oklahoma weather. "Outdoor walks are back!" she wrote over the video.

"Oklahoma be kind to me!" she wrote in the caption of the post. "I really enjoyed my outside weighted vest walk today, don't betray me with some frigid temps again!"

Briana previously took to her Instagram account on Feb. 2, where she posted a video of her walking around a track, while her sons practiced football on the football field in the middle of it. "Old me: sit in the stands and watch my boys. New me: walk AND watch my boys," she wrote over the video.

She then took to the caption of the post, where she revealed why walking is so important to her. "I try to incorporate as much walking and movement into my daily routine," she detailed. "Walking daily and consistently has been incredible for my physical and mental health. It doesn't have to be overly complicated, small daily habit changes can make a huge impact on how we feel!"
