The “Vanderpump Rules” alum reacted to her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, claiming they were not “legally married” in court documents he submitted to give her custody of their son, Cruz.

“We are legally married,” Cartwright, 35, wrote in an Instagram comment Wednesday. “I’m guessing filling out paperwork is hard for some people.”

Her and Taylor’s rep hinted at the same, saying in a statement to Page Six that the former SUR bartender, 45, had “made errors in filing out forms that are usually done by trained legal professionals.”

The spokesperson noted, “Those errors will be amended without delay. … Jax and Brittany have already long resolved all matters related to custody of Cruz and will continue to work together privately for the best interest of their son, which remains their overriding concern.”

The “Valley” co-stars tied the knot in June 2019, marrying in a Kentucky ceremony officiated by Lance Bass.

The *NSYNC member, 45, also weighed in on Taylor’s mistaken claim Wednesday.

“I can confirm this,” he wrote in response to Cartwright’s Instagram comment. “Pastor Lance signed the papers.”

Taylor, for his parrt, has yet to address the controversy surrounding the documents he filed in person at the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County last month.

He listed their LA home as their only shared property, requesting that it be divided “at a later date.”

The bar owner also checked boxes giving Cartwright full legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old.

The Bravolebrities welcomed their baby boy in April 2021.

When Cartwright filed for divorce in August, she requested joint custody.

The reality star told E! News Tuesday that Cruz comes “first … even if [she and Taylor] are fighting.”

Cartwright publicly announced their split in February and listed their date of separation as Jan. 24 when she filed for divorce.
