Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles weighs in on the roast of Tom Brady

The roast of Tom Brady on Netflix was a wildly popular - and raunchy - good time that was had on Sunday night at the expense of the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback.

There were plenty of celebrities and former players in attendance, including Bill Belichick, Randy Moss, and Rob Gronkowski among many others.

While Belichick had his moment at the microphone, with both him and Brady exchanging barbs when given the chance, the Buccaneers largely remained in the rearview mirror for the evening as a topic despite Lavonte David, Ryan Jensen, Donovan Smith, and Breshad Perriman all being in attendance.

So what did Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles think of the roast?  As he told Rich Eisen on Tuesday, while he missed pieces of it, he's a fan of the performer who delivered perhaps the greatest part of the entire show.

"I caught snippets of it," Bowles said.  "I'm a huge Nikki Glaser fan, and I try to watch any roast that involves her.  Unfortunately, I missed it that night, but I'm going to catch up with it this weekend."

Glaser, who is a comedian, TV host, and podcaster, brought the house down on Brady, getting some quips in on his divorce and his involvement with crypto currency, among other things.  It was her shot that also involved fellow former Buccaneer Gronkowski that was one of the most memorable of the evening.

It was a night of hits on the former Bucs quarterback, one that Bowles says he's going to go back and watch it once his children aren't around him.

"I'll make sure they don't see it," Bowles added.

A good idea for sure.
