Chelsea Meissner's updates on her sweet baby girl have been far and few between since giving birth to her first child in 2023. So, when the Southern Charm alum shares any detail about her daughter, it's so exciting.
Chelsea took to her Instagram Story this week where she gave a little bit of insight into parenting and how it's been just a bit of a challenge for her as she raised her first baby. In the Instagram Story, the hairstylist showed off her daughter's pajamas, along with her weighted sleep sack, and revealed how it's helped her little one.
"After my daughter went through her four-month sleep regression, I looked into these," she said of the sleep sack, noting that all of her mom friends love it too.
"This just relaxes your child, it helps them fall asleep faster, it helps them fall asleep for longer periods of time," she added. "This is just a great addition for anyone who has a baby and wants good sleep."
Who is Chelsea Meissner's baby's father?
Chelsea has been very private since welcoming her child last year. Although she hinted at being "one month postpartum" in an Instagram Story posted to her account on October 23, 2023, according to People, it's unclear when the little one's birthday is. Chelsea has also not revealed the identity of her baby's father, and up until this new Instagram Story, she hadn't talked about the sex of her child.
Now one year postpartum, it seems like the mom of one is getting just a little more comfortable with sharing some tiny and not-so-small details. Hopefully, there are more to come.
Inside Chelsea Meissner and Naomie Olindo's friendship today
When she isn't being a super mom, Chelsea is busy hanging out with her friends, like fellow Southern Charm alum Naomie Olindo. The alums were very close during their time on the show, and have still remained just as tight to this day. In fact, Naomie is still one of Chelsea's "favorite humans."
Chelsea took to her Instagram account this month, where she documented their recent girl's trip to Round Top, Texas — a small town located between Austin and Houston. Chelsea posted a Reel on October 17, from their time in the tiny Texas town. In the video, both women can be seen hanging out at their motel, browsing local boutiques, walking across a barren field, sitting down at a stunning dinner table, eating oysters, and showing off their fabulous western wear.
"Runnin' round Round Top...Cue the 90s country playlist," she wrote in the caption of the post.
It seems like one Southern Charm-er was having some serious FOMO about this trip. "I should've went with Y'all!" Madison LeCroy commented.
Chelsea also posted a photo of her standing in front of gorgeous mushroom sculptures at a Round Top boutique while wearing a stunning '70s-inspired outfit. Although she did not end up taking the mushrooms home with her to her bohemian-inspired home (where they would fit right in), she certainly tried.
"Sensory overload...Fortunately, I couldn't afford these but I haggled anyway," she wrote in the caption of the post.
Both girls also snapped a picture with their friend outside of the Rancho Pillow hotel, an "experimental retreat" located in Round Top, while wearing their finest turquoise jewelry and cowboy boots. "A soulful evening with some of my favorite humans celebrating culture, craftsmanship, and creativity...God bless Texas and these bad ass boots I borrowed from [Kim] (can you tell I don't get out much?)," she wrote in the caption of the post.
