Chris Lopez Seemingly Accuses Kail Lowry of Calling Police on Him for “Harassing” Her After He Gave An Update on Their Custody Battle: “Abusing the System!”

Chris Lopez is, once again, not happy with his baby mama, Kail Lowry.

Chris— who is the father of Kail’s sons Creed and Lux— took to social media on Friday to inform his Instagram followers that someone recently called the police on him to report that he was harassing them by posting about a certain custody court case online. As The Ashley recently told you earlier this month, Chris aired out his version of events on social media about his recent battle in court against Kail. Chris claimed that Kail had filed a new Protection From Abuse (PFA) order against him for a recent incident, while also claiming that he lost time with his sons at the most-recent court hearing.

On Friday, Chris did not actually use Kai’s name in his post but made it clear that he was talking about the former Teen Mom 2 star.

“Why I just get a call from the Dover police saying a certain individual called them saying I’m harassing and posting about them online?” Chris wrote. “Where??? This is exactly what I’m talking about!! Abusing the system!”

As ‘Teen Mom’ fans are well aware, Chris and Kail have been battling for literally years. In his most-recent post, Chris admitted to being physically abusive to Kail in the past, stating that her previous PFA against him was warranted. He argued that the recent one she filed against him was without merit, though.

“[The] order was ordered against me despite no evidence of a pattern of abuse,” Chris stated in his post earlier this month. “The claim was based on an incident where I took a phone, returned it and caused no harm.”

“Maybe I was checking to see if she had ordered my new parenting book?!”

Anyway, on Friday, Chris insisted that he’s been “minding my own damn business” lately, and was only telling his side of what he says is an unfair court battle.

“Anything I spoke about in recent weeks is what I experienced within a biased court system,” Chris wrote. “I never mentioned these ppls.”

(Chris did, in fact, mention “these ppls”— aka Kail— in his posts. He wrote that that Kail prefers to have their court dates in a certain county that she feels gives preference to mothers over fathers. He also talked about how Kail and her fiancé Elijah Scott have allegedly gotten physically with his kids, and stated that they have refused to let Creed and Lux speak to Chris when they want to. He also accused Kail of once lying about her income during the child support process, among other things.)

“So how is that not mentioning me?”

Kail has yet to comment on Chris’ latest post. However, on the most-recent episode of her Karma & Chaos podcast, Kail talked about how karma has come back to get her for the “bad juju I’ve put out…I’ve made sh**ty decisions.”

Her co-host, Becky Hayter then suggested that Kail’s bad karma is having to deal with some of her baby daddies forever.

“Unfortunately for you, your sh**ty decisions are permanent…in the people that you have to deal with because you have a mutual child together,” Becky said. “…I think your relationship choices led to you treating people who deserved good badly, and then you getting treated badly from bad people.

“So, I get a lifetime of [bad] karma for a two- or three-year relationship,” Kail said, almost certainly meaning Chris.

It appears that Chris has since deleted his post about the police call.
