Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo have been going strong in their relationship for more than three years now, and the Southern Charm-er believes that there's one major thing that "helps" them stay together.
The Sewing Down South owner said that his romance with the Summer House-mate thrives because the two are "in the same industry."
"Being in the same industry helps," he told Life & Style about why he's a "good match" with the Giggly Squad podcast co-host. "I’ve dated people who weren’t on TV, and that’s fine, too, but it’s cool to experience this with Paige. There are probably less than 150 Bravo people out there."
As veteran cast members on their respective shows, the Bravolebrities clearly share a special and unique bond that many others can't relate to.
Does Craig Conover have plans to propose to Paige DeSorbo?
Though Paige and Craig celebrated their three-year dating anniversary in the summer of 2024, the couple isn't in an imminent rush to walk down the aisle. As Craig said in the September interview, "The goal is to one day be married and have kids, but we realize we still have plenty of time to do that."
Craig had previously expressed his desire to get engaged to Paige when he visited the Hamptons on Summer House Season 7, but he's since changed his tune. "There’s a false sense of urgency that’s put onto you, and I was guilty of that, too," he admitted. "We want to just let things evolve organically. We’re enjoying the life we’re living now."
Does Paige DeSorbo want to marry Craig Conover?
Paige has remained adamant that she and Craig are in it for the long haul, but like her boyfriend, she's not looking to get married any time soon. As she told E! News in August, "Honestly, me and Craig rarely talk about when are we getting engaged, when are we having a baby. Of course, we’ve had those conversations, but it’s not as much as everyone else is having them. So we don’t really get that stressed out about it. All of my girlfriends are pretty much married... but no one’s had a baby yet. So I don’t feel like I’m behind with everyone."
Paige also said that neither of their families have put pressure on them to take the next step.
"In my dad's eyes, I still live at home, I’m still 16 years old. So that would be crazy for him to even think about," she told E! News. "But no, I’m very thankful that my family and Craig’s family never pressure us. They never really ask about it. I think they know that we’re so busy and enjoying our lives, they would never add any extra stress to their two children.”
