The Tony Awards 2025 marks the prestigious award ceremony’s 78th annual event, and it’s looking to be a particularly memorable one. Last year was a big year for Broadway! The incredible talent has made for stiff competition: the shows with the most nominations this year are “Maybe Happy Ending,” “Death Becomes Her,” and “Buena Vista Social Club” with ten nominations each, while “Oh, Mary!” has been nominated five times.
It’s not just the list of nominees that is exciting, but also the impressive lineup of celebrity presenters, which includes “Harry Potter” star Tom Felton, “American Idol” alum Adam Lambert, and a “Dancing With the Stars” favorite, professional dancer and co-host, Julianne Hough.
Who Will Present at the Tony Awards?

The night is all about “Wicked” star Cynthia Erivo, who will serve as the host, but a long list of celebrities will join her. But what do we know about Hough’s presenting role?
Ahead of the live ceremony, Hough posted an Instagram Story to update fans on her inclusion in the Tony Awards 2025. She shared that she was at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall early in the morning to prepare for rehearsal. She later posted more videos from inside the venue, highlighting a few of the other celebrities who were present. This includes TikTok star Charli D’Amelio, whom Hough referred to as an “angel babe.”
Hough also posed for a photo with Ariana DeBose, who will not be hosting this year (but she did for three years), but will also serve as a presenter. Hough looked stunning in a white gown as she walked the red carpet ahead of the ceremony, and she used her Instagram Story as a way to give fans a glimpse into the process it took for her to get ready.
