Danielle Staub accused the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast of “revenge porn” while responding to Kenya Moore‘s suspension from The Real Housewives of Atlanta in a series of messages shared to X over the weekend.

After it was reported that Kenya, 53, had been suspended from filming after allegedly sharing a series of graphic photos of her new castmate, Brittany Eady, 36, performing a sexual act on camera, Danielle gave a nod to a January 2020 episode of RHONJ in which Joe Gorga, Bill Aydin, Evan Goldschneider, and Joe Benigno watched her 2009 sex tape.

“Kenya suspended…ok…but that [violent meatball] over in Jersey has spent 11 seasons verbally abusing [Teresa Giudice] with some of the most vile language, verbally attacking women at BravoCon and what he said about [Danielle Staub] on camera that aired was sick,” a fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, on June 14.

“Yes, what they all said was disgusting,” Danielle replied, seemingly signaling the repulsed reaction the cast had to the video. “They regurgitated things I had already gone through for the sole purpose of humiliation using something that was made in private well before fame. It was taken and released without my consent. This is ‘revenge porn.’ And it’s illegal.”

Danielle then responded to another person on social media who suggested she was a willing participant in the sharing of her sex tape.

“Danielle had an account on porn hub, a public forum. They never showed the video to the viewers, just the sounds. Yes it was gross, but get the true story correct,” the X user stated.

“It’s you who needs a fact check I don’t have an [account] nor was that ever meant for public consumption,” Danielle corrected. “Private property taken [and] released [without] my consent.”

The former reality star went on to seemingly suggest she could take legal action over the scene, even years after it was aired.

“Do you research ‘revenge porn’ is now illegal in the state of [New Jersey] under the law this applies to the past [and] present,” she warned.
