Denise Richards sure knows how to make a dollar — and spend a dollar — according to her newly estranged husband, Aaron Phypers.
As part of his divorce petition, which he filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, Phypers, 49, claimed Richards, 54, earns more than $250,000 per month via her OnlyFans account, TV appearances and brand deals.
By contrast, the self-employed businessman — who “had to close down” his wellness company, Quantum 360 Club, in 2024 — revealed he has “not made income since.”
Phypers went on to break down the former couple’s monthly expenses as a family of three, as Richards’ adopted daughter, Eloise, lives with them.
Phypers claimed he and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum spend a total of $105,000 per month, with $25,000 of that going to food, and $20,000 going to clothes.
According to Phypers, his and Richards’ rent costs $18,000, which doesn’t include the $8,000 they spend on utilities, the $5,000 they spend on maintenance and repairs and the additional $5,000 they spend on laundry and cleaning.
Their phone bill costs $500, while expenses associated with their cars and transportation total $1,500, per Phypers.
He also claimed he and the “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things” star drop $10,000 on groceries and household supplies, $15,000 on eating out and an additional $15,000 on entertainment, gifts and vacations.
As for child care, Richards allegedly forks over $7,000.
It’s worth noting that Phypers — who requested spousal support — listed $0 spent on insurance, savings and investments, and charitable donations.
He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as July 4.
As part of his community and quasi-community property declaration, Phypers requested that he and Richards divide their Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment company 50/50.
Reps for Richards did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
