Derek Hough and his wife Hayley Erbert clearly know how to have a good time. When they aren’t killing it on the dance floor, the “Dancing With the Stars” judge and his better half don’t shy away from the opportunity to share a laugh.

On May 2, Derek and Hayley took part in a recent social media trend — one person makes a face and/or mouths something and then the other person makes a sound to go with the gesture.

“We had too much fun with this one. Who did better?” Derek asked in the caption.

In the video, they explained, “You make the face and I make the sound.”

The couple took turns as one made a face/gesture, then the other person made a sound off camera to go with the expression.

Things got silly quickly, as they each escalated their moves to make it more challenging for their partner.

On April 4, Hayley had a bit of fun at Derek’s expense, taking part in the trend of asking Chat GPT to roast her spouse. “I had a little too much fun with this,” she admitted in the caption.

“Oh Derek Hough, the only man who can Cha Cha his way into any room and still somehow make it all about him,” she read from her phone.

She continued reading the AI response: “He is the only man who can salsa his way into every conversation and still make it about ‘he just loves to inspire’ people.”

“This guy has won so many ‘Dancing With the Stars’ trophies, I’m convinced ABC just renamed the show ‘Dancing With Derek’s Ego,'” the AI roast noted.
