Do ‘Super’ Chiefs Need Roster Changes for Week 2?

The Kansas City Chiefs were able to get the win in Week 1 of the regular season against the Baltimore Ravens, as they were able to show that they are still the team to beat.

In a recent article by Bleacher Report, they take a look at each NFL team's biggest needs, and suggest some players they could target. For the reigning Super Bowl champions, they think there is nobody that the team could go after right now that could improve them enough to make it worth it.

"It's difficult to come up with a player who would reasonably be worth pursuing at this point. The Chiefs' only major injury right now is Marquise "Hollywood" Brown, and the offense got along just fine against the Ravens," Bleacher Report writes. "The defensive interior is another spot to watch as the Chiefs moved Chris Jones out to the edge frequently against the Ravens."

The Chiefs are coming off of their second straight Super Bowl, and they made a number of moves in the offseason that could push them even further over the top.

The team signed Marquise Brown and drafted rookie speedster Xavier Worthy to be weapons for Patrick Mahomes this season. The latter impressed in Week 1 with two touchdowns, and Brown is yet to make his debut, as he is still out with a shoulder injury.

The team was able to improve on their Super Bowl-winning roster from last season, and it could put them in great position to become the first team to ever win three straight rings.
