Madison LeCroy didn’t waste any time.
Just days after securing the keys to her new Charleston home, the Southern Charm cast member kicked off her first ambitious house project: a kitchen upgrade.
Madison teased the changes in a May 17 Instagram video originally shared by Eddie Franco Professional Painting, a South Carolina company that refers to its team as “luxury house painters.”
“Sneak peek,” Madison added to the video. “Kitchen make over.”

The clip showed a crew member using a roller on one of the white kitchen walls; however, it was unclear if he was applying paint or primer. As seen in Madison’s previous home teaser, the kitchen was painted white when she and her husband, Brett Randle, began moving in, which left us wondering: Did the couple decide to switch up the color? Or did they simply want some touch-ups? We’ll have to stay tuned.
The video provided a closer look at the beautiful wooden range hood flanked by two windows, as well as the white cabinetry throughout. Fans also got a peek at the kitchen’s recessed lighting, the dark blue cabinet with chrome double ovens, and the pendant ceiling lamps that hovered stone-top island with a wooden slab.
Why did Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle decide to move?
Madison confirmed the move back in March, when she listed her previous “dream home” for $1.75 million. She explained her decision in an interview with The Daily Dish, saying she and Brett wanted “more space, more charm, and plenty of room for [their] family to grow.”
“Honestly, we’ve loved this house, but it’s time for something that fits where we’re headed next,” she said. “Life’s changing, our family’s growing, and I’ve got bring dreams, so why not level up?… Don’t worry, I’m not going far! Charleston is home, and it’s where we want to raise our children. I wouldn’t change it for anything.”
Madison LeCroy shares a glimpse at her move-in day.
Madison, who is expecting her first child with Brett, said her new Daniel Island home had everything she and her family wanted, including a backyard pool; however, she was already planning some updates.
“Time to make some improvements before the big move in two weeks!” she wrote during her big move-in day. “Huge thanks to everyone who’s part of this project. I’m so excited to share the process along the way!”
Madison and Brett will live in the home with Hudson Hughes, the former’s 12-year-old son from a previous marriage.
