DWTS Fan-Favorite Couple Tease Wedding in Dreamy Bridal Sneak Peeks

“Dancing With the Stars” pro Britt Stewart is officially in bridal mode as she counts down the days to her upcoming wedding with fiancé Daniel Durant. The couple, who met during Season 31 of the hit ABC competition show, have been keeping fans in the loop with sweet glimpses into their journey from the ballroom to the altar — and the latest batch of updates includes sunlit bridal celebrations and heartfelt engagement memories.

In a series of Instagram Stories shared by “DWTS” host and former pro Julianne Hough, Stewart is seen glowing poolside in a white lace bridal dress, sheer veil, and a “Bride to Be” sash while lounging on a pearlescent clam-shaped float. The serene setting featured tan umbrellas and plush lounge chairs, with Hough captioning the image, “Most beautiful bride to be” via Julianne Hough’s Instagram Stories.

Hough also posted another photo offering a peek into Stewart’s bridal celebration setup, which included cream-colored “BRIDE” balloons, neutral-toned seating, and a rustic wooden coffee table adorned with fresh florals.

On July 24, Stewart posted more engagement photos on Instagram, giving fans another look at her and Durant’s love story. The images showed the couple embracing during their shoot, with Stewart thanking their planners and stylists in the caption: “More moments from our engagement shoot… much more than our wedding planners and designers, @samkoma.world bringing so much light and love to this amazing process and moment in our lives” via Instagram.

Stewart and Durant first met in fall 2022 as dance partners on “DWTS” Season 31 and quickly formed a close bond throughout the competition. Though they didn’t win the Mirrorball Trophy, their connection continued to grow off-screen. By Valentine’s Day 2023, the couple confirmed their romance, followed by red carpet appearances, vacations to Maui and Barbados, and finally a holiday engagement in December. Durant proposed on a hike surrounded by both of their families, and Stewart later posted, “Ending 2023 engaged! I’m still pinching myself” via Us Weekly.

While no official wedding date has been publicly announced by the couple, People reported that the nuptials are expected to take place in summer 2025.

Wedding Planning Is in Full Swing

Back in April, Stewart confirmed that she was fully immersed in wedding prep during a red carpet chat with Swooon at Hulu’s Gets Real event. “I’m doing some choreographing,” she said, “but the most important thing is I’m getting married later this year, so I’m in full wedding planning bridal mode!” via Swooon.

The couple has remained thoughtful about how much of their wedding they want to share with the public. “Privacy is a massive deal for Daniel and me,” Stewart shared. “We’re open to happily sharing specific moments of our wedding, but then, we’ll have other moments that we will be private for us.”
