Longtime “Dancing With the Stars” pros Emma Slater and Alan Bersten have been a rumored couple for years. The two have never confirmed nor denied their rumored romance, but appear to be posting more together on social media.
On January 12, Slater posted a TikTok that the two filmed backstage during the “Dancing With the Stars” live tour.
“#vibecheck,” Slater captioned the dance video. In it, she and a shirtless Bersten dance together. At the start of the video, Slater places her hand on Bersten’s chest. At the end, Bersten takes Slater’s hand and kisses it.
If Slater and Bersten are dating, this will be the first serious relationship that Slater has been in since her divorce from Sasha Farber in 2023. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Slater cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Shortly after Slater posted the TikTok, someone started a thread about it — and hundreds of fans have commented. The vast majority of people seem happy that Slater and Bersten are starting to show more of their special bond.
For some “Dancing With the Stars” fans, this is just another piece to the “are they or aren’t they dating” mystery.
“The hand on the chest, the kiss on the hand! This is major lol. I feel like Sasha and Jenn set them free (especially with the alleged infidelity rumors),” one person wrote.
“Good for them! Also, Alan looking better than ever,” someone else added.

To further the dating theories, Slater and Bersten traveled together to the UK for the Christmas holiday. Although the two didn’t share any photos or videos of them together, they both shared posts from the same places.
On December 22, Slater took to her Instagram Stories as she was traveling to London (her family lives in the UK). Boarding the same flight was Bersten.
The trip came just two months after a source told Us Weekly that Slater and Bersten were an item.
The source didn’t share too much, but confirmed that Slater and Bersten were “hooking up” and that their romance wasn’t “new.”
