On Dancing With the Stars season 33, professional dancer Jenna Johnson won her second Mirrorball Trophy. She was paired with Bachelor Nation star Joey Graziadei, where they earned an average of almost 27 points each week on their way to winning the title.
Now that the annual Dancing With the Stars tour has wrapped, Johnson took to Instagram to try to put into words what Graziadei has meant to her since they met each other back in August 2024.
"This is it…. OUR LAST DANCE 😭 I’ve dreaded making this post for the past couple of months so bear with me while I try to articulate all of my emotions!" wrote Johnson.
She went on to say that the past few months touring together have "been a dream come true."
"The past couple of months getting to tour, perform for, and meet ALL the beautiful fans who supported us while on the show (and helped get us that mirrorball 🥹) has been a dream come true," added Johnson. "Not to mention getting to dance with my friends and reminisce on how special it is getting to do what we love most."
The dancer also thanked casting director Deena Katz for pairing her with Graziadei because she said meeting him felt like meeting someone she has known her whole life.
Johnson added a personal note to Graziadei, "Getting to be your coach, dance partner, and friend has truly changed my life. This in the end of an incredible chapter in our lives but definitely not the end of our friendship!"
She also revealed that she and her husband Val Chmerkovskiy, a fellow Dancing With the Stars pro, will be choreographing Graziadei and fiancée Kelsey Anderson's first dance for their wedding reception.
And speaking of Chmerkovskiy, he took to the comments to praise Johnson, writing, "This has been such a beautiful time in my life watching you live out yours. ❤️."
