Ezra Sosa bid farewell to the “Dancing With the Stars” tour in an emotional video he posted to his Instagram April 20, 2025.

Dressed in a navy blue sweatshirt that bore the logo for “DWTS Live 2025,” Sosa poured out his feelings in a tearful message to his fans.

The 24-year-old began, “I’m getting ready for my last show, and I just wanted to come sit here and say my little love letter to all of you.”

He marveled at the fact that he and his tourmates completed 88 shows, exclaiming, “We did it.” He said his feelings were “hard to put into words,” but that he kept circling back to the word “gratitude.”

“Never in a million years did I think I’d be sitting here, performing my 88th show on Dancing With the Stars.” He said he owed his fans the most thanks of anyone.

Ezra Sosa Told Revealed How He Recovered from Brutal Elimination

The pro revealed that he was technically “not even supposed to be on tour,” due to being among the first four contestant’s eliminated from the show’s season 33. Sosa and his partner, Anna Delvey, were axed in a double elimination along with Tori Spelling and her partner, Pasha Pashkov.

“There is something so healing about going through something as bad as getting eliminated first, but then feeling the uproarous support that came following it,” said the Provo, Utah native. “Even as crazy as this all is, I know I’m leaving this journey with more people behind me. It gives me the confidence and the strength to keep going,” he added.

Castmates & Fans Showed Love After Ezra Sosa’s Heartfelt Video Message

Fellow ‘DWTS’ pro Rylee Arnold commented on the video, “Love you so much Ez. So so so deserving.” The 19-year-old capped off her sweet message with three hearts.

Emma Slater, a seasoned ‘DWTS’ pro who joined the show in March 2012, showed her support by simply writing, “Love you bug.”

A fan said she and her daughter “fell in love” with Sosa after meeting him at dance conventions, and assured him this is “just the beginning.”

Another fan proclaimed, “I loved seeing you dance! I was just at the Bethlehem show and wow it was amazing! We love you!!!!”

People says Sosa, who joined ‘DWTS’ as a backup in season 30, was promoted to pro for season 33 after Artem Chigvintsev was not invited back following an arrest.
