DWTS Viewers Stand by Pro After She Shares Emotional Plea

"Dancing With the Stars” fans are showing their support for ballroom pro Daniella Karagach. The mom of one shared a sort of PSA on social media on Saturday, March 8, asking for the public to respect the privacy of her almost 2-year-old daughter, Nikita.

Karagach and her husband, DWTS pro Pasha Pashkov, brought their daughter on tour with them this year. She’s been living on a tour bus with her parents and has even made some appearances at meet and greets.

Daniella Karagach Tried to Set Boundaries

In her candid Instagram video, Karagach attempted to set boundaries when it comes to her family.

“I really didn’t want to do this post but I feel like I have to for my safety and my child’s safety,” Karagach said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories.

“If you see us with our child, it’s always okay to say hi, we love saying hi to you. But if you see that she’s not with us and she’s with my mother-in-law, please do not hunt her down and ask her for a photo. Or take photos of her without my mother-in-law’s knowledge. It’s just not appropriate,” she continued.

Karagach went on to say that people are starting to interrupt them even when they are sharing a meal.

Fans Showed Daniella Karagach Support on Reddit

Many DWTS fans supported Karagach’s message and responded to it on a Reddit thread.

“This is honestly so scary to hear. People not only violating the pros privacy but also their child’s privacy. Last years tour in AZ before the VIP people could take pictures with the pros, one of the security guards there had to tell fans not to kiss any of the pros because of an incident that happened earlier in the day during the matinee show. People seriously need to learn boundaries and understand that the pros and their children are regular human beings as well,” one person wrote.

“This reminds me of when I went to the live show, and they made an announcement at the picture thing, and they said ‘if they have their kid, do not touch the kid’ and I initially thought, well duh, but then I got sad that that was even a thing that needed to be said, like I would hope that was common sense, but alas, some people lack that,” someone else added.

“I’m not surprised tbh. They have been highlighting Nikita a lot on social media lately. Not just Dani and Pasha but the other pros accounts and the tour account. Also I’ve seen she’s been in a lot of the VIP pics getting posted. They need to realize there are crazed people out there who have no boundaries and do better to protect her,” a third comment read.
