Erika Jayne Calls Out Shannon Beador’s RHOC Finale Meltdown: ‘You Lost Me’

The interaction between Shannon Beador and Matt Ginella at the finale was a real head-scratcher, including for Erika Jayne. The Real Housewives of Orange County veteran snapped at Katie Ginella’s husband after he suggested it was time for her to walk away.

The first conundrum was how familiar Shannon seemed with Matt, considering they’d had no interaction on camera. She certainly felt comfortable enough to be offended by him. The next was that it happened at all.

Indeed, Shannon is being called out for poor behavior to say the least. And another reality TV star is giving her opinion on the matter.

Erika Jayne didn’t agree about how “Shannon [Beador] twisted this”

Erika appeared on a recent episode of Two T’s In A Pod podcast with her former co-star, Teddi Mellencamp. They reacted to the RHOC finale, and both are in agreement that Matt should not have been on the receiving end.

“The next thing that happens with Shannon and Matt. Shannon, you lost me here. You didn’t deserve that. And I did not like the way Shannon twisted this. And it’s not cool. Which gives Tamra fuel,” Erika stated.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star speculated about Matt’s role that night. And why he was standing in a corner by himself in the first place.

“He’s not enjoying any of this, he’s just being supportive of Katie,” Erika said of Matt. “If you want support, find a gay man. Don’t go to the straight man. Only your gays are gonna come and be like b-tch yes but let’s fix….”

Teddi chimed in, “Yes, you handled that sh-t.”

“You handled him. Get back out there tiger,” the Pretty Mess star joked.

Teddi thinks Shannon’s outburst was “a sneak peek” of her true character

Ultimately, neither of the cohosts felt that Shannon should have reacted to Matt the way that she did. Had it been a misunderstanding, she could have given him some grace and walked herself along.

“And I didn’t like it that she tried to make Matt a bad, you know feel like he was a bad…I didn’t like that,” Erika added.

Teddi suspected the scene was “like a sneak peek of what Shannon Storms Beador can potentially be like.”

“Well listen, they left it in there for a reason. She just gave Tamra all of the confirmation. ‘I’ve been telling you, Shannon’s this way. Here’s your evidence,'” Erika said.

That finale scene certainly gave credence to Tamra Judge’s arguments about Shannon. And the two have been feuding all season. It will be interesting to see how both parties address it at the reunion.
