Savchenko made a video on TikTok on Saturday, August 9, in which he mimes to a voice-over of someone saying, “I don’t know who your source is, but I will be the first one to tell you that is incorrect.” In the caption, he wrote, “Your ‘source’ needs a refund… because that story? 100% fake.”

Fans have reacted to the post, with one fan sharing their excitement ahead of Season 34. “Can’t wait to see you on my tv again in September!” they wrote, to which Savchenko replied, “Afraid you won’t.” The fan responded again, writing, “Noooo! Say it isn’t so,” and the pro dancer responded with a sad face emoji.

“That story definitely doesnt add up. Appreciate you calling it out!” a fan commented, to which Savchenko replied, “Lies all over.”

Savchenko continued, “Before, we were slipping. We were falling. It was crazy. The water would not come on, and it was too cold. But on the day, it was perfect. We got a perfect score.”
