A lot has changed between Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix. There was a point during their time on Vanderpump Rules when they did not even care for each other. Katie and Tom Schwartz were getting married but she did not ask Ariana to be her bridesmaid. The girls questioned this but Katie and Ariana just were not that close. Schwartz, wanting to be the peacemaker, asked her to be a groomsman. He did not want her to feel out, especially since he and Ariana’s boyfriend, Tom Sandoval were longtime best friends.

Over time, Katie and Ariana formed a bond as their Toms went into the bar business together. They leaned on one another and eventually decided to open a sandwich shop together. This helped both of them as Katie was going through a divorce from Schwartz in Season 10. By Season 11, Ariana and Sandoval had split due to his infidelity so the shop was a great diversion. They finally opened Something About Her to rave reviews in May 2024. The finished product will not be featured on VPR as it has been rebooted with a whole new cast yet the girls were just spotted filming scenes.

“There is no show in the works whatsoever involving Something About Her. The production crew that was filming the other day was for a commercial. It had nothing to do with Bravo and wasn’t any part of any show.”

No Hints?

For fans who are curious as to what the brand is, they will have to wait for the ad to be released. Katie Maloney does have her Disrespectfully podcast so she may give hints as to when it will come out. As for a small hint, this is what has been said by the insider:

“I will say, it’s a nationwide condiment brand so the product is very big and very fitting for the store and it was the perfect spot to film the commercial in. Everyone here is really excited about it and can’t wait to see the finished product.”

This could be absolutely anything as they make a bevy of sandwiches and use all kinds of condiments. In any case, this has got to be exciting for Katie and Ariana Madix who have been open for less than a year. They will be featured in the ad which makes it even sweeter.
