File this under: “We never thought there could be a musical clip that would make us cringe more than Debz OG‘s videos but here we are…”
Fired Teen Mom 2 dad David Eason took a break from working err… going to school um….taking care of his kids hmm…dating someone his own age um…doing…whatever it is that he does all day to create what may be one of the most-cringeworthy Teen Mom music videos of all time.
David— the estranged husband of Jenelle Evans— has been dating Kenleigh Heatwole for the last few months, and the two recently decided to express their love via a cringy lip-sync music video.
No, seriously.
David— who is 35— enlisted 25-year-old Kenleigh to star in his musical monstrosity, which was posted to social media on Tuesday. In the clip, failed “rapper” David can be seen (badly) lip-syncing to Post Malone‘s song “Guy For That.” Kenleigh is seen hanging out the passenger side of her best friend’s her own ride, attempting to do some sort of sexy writhing moves. David then emerges from Kenleigh’s car, singing that he’s been looking for “someone to put her tires back into drive.”
Kenleigh then looks to the “stars” (aka the top of the freeway overpass) as David sings that he may just “lose what’s left of” his “ever-loving mind.”
Kenleigh then joins her knight-in-shining-swamp-sweat to gaze smugly into the camera. (David even removes his “Terminator” shades so that Jenelle we can see the true “happiness” shining from his eyes.)
David then “sings” the lyric, “I’m damn near down to my last dime.”
Then a smug Kenleigh legit PULLS OUT AN ACTUAL DIME.
AS…YOU….DO!
Kenleigh– confident that her man is so financially secure that he doesn’t even need spare change— thenthrows that dime to the wind.
David then produces another dime, which clearly excites Kenleigh. She legit leaps onto an “unsuspecting” David’s back, who does his very best to act surprised by the gesture.
As per usual, he fails miserable.
Kenleigh ends the cringetastic clip by laying a big smooch on David’s cheek (which is glistening in the sun from sweat/general swamp moisture).
David’s former soulmate, Jenelle— as well as some of her Teen Mom: The Next Chapter co-stars— had plenty to say about David and his galpal’s TikTok offering.
“Her throwing the actual dime sent me,” Jade Cline wrote on X after posting the video.
“Jenelle must have taken the video shoot budget with her to Vegas,” Ashley Jones wrote in the comment section of a post about the video on the @TeenMomFanz Instagram account. Jenelle responded to Ashley’s comment with several laugh emojis.
(As fans may remember, Jenelle bankrolled David’s previous “music video” for his attempt at a “rap” music career.)
When another person in the comment section suggested that Jenelle was at home laughing at David and Kenleigh’s TikTok Tomfoolery, Jenelle confirmed that she “definitely” got a chuckle out of it.
Shortly after David posted his video, Jenelle posted her own video to TikTok, claiming that her camera roll is all photos of her and her three kids.
Jenelle— who has moved to Las Vegas to be closer to her manager-turned-soulmate-in-training August Keen— recently made several comments online about the age difference between David and Kenleigh, although she didn’t specifically mention them by name.
“Your daughter is 17, your gf is 22, and you’re 35,” she posted to Facebook.
As The Ashley previously reported, Kenleigh stated during a recent TikTok Live session that she did know who David was when they first met. Shockingly, though, she wasn’t immediately bowled over by the tales she had heard of David shootin’ dogs, avoidin’ work and whatnot.
“I knew who he was. And I did not want to like him,” she said. “I literally was talking to someone else. I didn’t want to like him. I kept saying I don’t.”
David interjected, stating that he was able to woo Kenleigh by getting jealous.
“He was jealous because I was talking to someone else,” Kenleigh said.
“And she liked it,” David offered.
“He’s a lot sweeter than people portray him to be,” Kenleigh insisted during the Live.
