Three days removed from the Bucs win over and I still hear fans complaining about the way they won. Winning isn’t enough anymore. Many are also calling for Todd Bowles to be fired. As someone who suffered through the two decades of suck, I would have been more than happy with the final outcome on Sunday. The Buccaneer fans ARE spoiled but is that a bad thing? After the 2002 Super Bowl, the Bucs had trouble remaining consistent. After Gruden, the Bucs went through 4 different Head Coaches, lots of bad football decisions and plenty of losing. Fast forward to 2020 and this Super Bowl team, which was largely built through the draft, has remained relevant and is trying to win their division for a 4th straight year. Expectations by the fans have been raised and some no longer are happy with just scraping by and winning a game like they did on Sunday. The Bucs sit at 6 dash 6 and they still can accomplish all their goals. Will winning another division title be enough for some fans? With 5 games left, we are about to see how well this team plays. Spoiled or not, I want another division title and home game.
