Gina Kirschenheiter Details ‘Exciting’ Turn of Events During Date With Travis Mullen

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gina Kirschenheiter bore witness to life’s greatest miracle. The realtor and mother shared in a December 22 Instagram story that she and her boyfriend Travis Mullen were out at Cheesecake Factory for date night after a long day of Christmas shopping, when suddenly a commotion broke out at a nearby table.

Gina Kirschenheiter Isn't 'Anti-Marriage,' but 'Happy' With Boyfriend Travis Mullen

“Oh my god, we’re in Cheesecake Factory and this woman’s water just broke and she’s having her baby. It’s the most exciting thing that ever happened to us. Right, Travy?” Kirschenheiter told her followers.

“Yes, very exciting,” Mullen responding, with Kirschenheiter pointing to where the woman was seated and adding, “Right there, it’s so exciting. It really goes down in Cheesecake Factory.”

Kirschenheiter added a caption as well, writing, “A big congrats to the womn in Cheesecake who’s water just broke!! Good luck!!! ❤️ 🎁 🎉,” on her post.

Although they had to squeeze in some last minute Christmas shopping, Kirschenheiter and Mullen are already well into their shared holiday celebrations, as Kirschenheiter shared a group photo on December 16 Instagram post from their family cookie making party. The “cookie crew”, as Kirschenheiter put it, included her and Mullen, as well as her three children (Luca, Sienna, and Nicholas), Mullen’s three children, and some additional family and friends.

“Scroll through for the full #cookiecrew experience. This is my 6th year participating in the annual Mullen family cookie making at grandmas tradition!! Can’t believe how fast time goes @travis.mullen.85 ❤️ love you babe. ❤️ This is the stuff that matters. ❤️ this is what the kids will remember. ❤️,” Kirschenheiter captioned her cookie party recap post.

Gina Kirschenheiter & Travis Mullen Still Live Apart

While Kirschenheiter and Mullen are happy to celebrate the holidays together, they are still living apart, a process fans saw play out on RHOC season 18. Kirschenheiter pushed for the couple to physically split their home (though they still each other as often as possible) while Mullen worked through his ongoing divorce process, and while Mullen wasn’t enthusiastic about the plan, their relationship remains strong through the challenges.

As for an update on when the couple plans to move back in together, Kirschenheiter told Bravo’s Daily Dish in October 2024, “I think it’s working for us both. Everybody keeps saying that, ‘What’s your goal?’ or ‘Where do you see this going in the end?’ and it’s honestly like I just don’t have those answers. I am just focusing on what is happening right now, which is we’re doing well, we’re both content, our children are all OK and happy, and that’s what I choose to focus on.”
