‘Golden Bachelorette’ Contestant Dan Roemer Reveals Whether He’s Dating ‘Golden Bachelor’ Hopeful

Dan Roemer, who was a contestant on the “Golden Bachelorette,” has revealed whether he is dating Edith Aguirre, a contestant on “The Golden Bachelor.”

“When we met you, it seemed as though you and Edith were getting to know each other. I want to know, curious minds want to know, did it go any further? Are you guys seeing each other? Are you a thing or just friends?” Susan Noles asked Roemer on the February 12, 2025, episode of the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast.

Roemer, 64, told Noles “Edith is awesome, first of all. What’s not to love about Edith? She’s so great.” But then Roemer revealed that he isn’t dating anyone.

“I really haven’t had an opportunity to date, period. We live on opposite coasts,” Roemer told Noles. “So if I was in L.A. …”

Dan Roemer Praised Edith Aguirre’s Hair as ‘Fantastic’

Noles and Roemer both praised Aguirre, with Noles saying she likes Aguirre’s hair.

“Right? Isn’t that great? It’s fantastic,” Roemer answered.

Co-host Kathy Swarts asked Roemer if he is planning to move to Los Angeles. “That’s been my plan and is my plan,” Roemer said on the podcast. “But I’m not on a timeline. So, maybe at some point this year I can get that handled. But I’ve got real estate here, I’ve got things to take care of.” He lives in Florida.

Dan Roemer Is Open to Appearing on a ‘Golden Paradise’

Some fans are hoping that the “Golden Bachelorette” and “Golden Bachelor” contestants will be reunited for a “Golden Paradise” season on the beach.

Roemer told Noles and Swarts that he is open to appearing on such a show, although he didn’t sound like he’s too sure what it would entail. ABC has yet to announce whether there will be a “Golden Paradise” season.

“I don’t understand ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ and what would go on with us Golden people,” Roemer said. “But I’m open to anything, absolutely.”

A “Golden Paradise” show might have to wait another season or two to get enough contestants since some of the people who competed on the “Golden Bachelor” and “Golden Bachelorette” are now in committed relationships.

For example, Jonathan Rone, a popular contestant on “The Golden Bachelorette,” has since posted photos on Instagram showing him with a girlfriend.
