Grant Ellis Is Multi-Talented
Grant Ellis was nearly a famous basketball player. Unfortunately, an injury sidelined his dream of playing professional sports. But he didn’t let it discourage him from becoming successful. The Texas resident pivoted into a career in finance as a day trader.
He took a break from his career to focus on his love life. Grant joined Season 21 of The Bachelorette and pursued Jenn Tran. He was sent home in Week 6 but his story wasn’t over. He was named The Bachelor for Season 29.
Grant Ellis had the impossible job of getting to know 25 women and choosing the one that was wife material. Viewers got to know Grant in a way they never did on The Bachelorette. And that includes many of his other talents besides basketball. He did show off his hoop game, but it turns out Grant Ellis is multi-talented.
In an impromptu moment on a date with Alexe Godin, Grant played an original song on a piano they found in a store at the empty mall they explored on their date. Right before his season started in January, Grant dropped a rap single that showed off his vocal talent.
While some fans think Grant only joined the show to promote his music career, he clearly is a talented musician. But he may be hiding another secret talent: dancing.
Bachelor Star Auditioning For Next DWTS Season?
Grant Ellis took to Instagram to promote the Women Tell All special airing on Monday, March 10. He shared a short video clip of him dancing next to his snazzy muscle car.
“Dancing my way through the drama,” he wrote in the caption before urging fans to watch tonight’s episode. His caption seemed to hint that the episode is full of drama. That shouldn’t surprise viewers, though. His season was full of drama between the women. Many fans also thought he made a mistake sending another contestant home instead of Zoe McGrady.
His social media fans went nuts over the dance video. There were several comparisons to rapper Chris Brown, as well as these supportive comments:
