Grant and Juliana met on night one of The Bachelor season 29, and while she wasn't a front-runner, the villain, or the most dramatic cast member, she eventually won Grant's heart. He proposed at the final rose ceremony after breaking up with Litia Garr.

Since getting engaged, Grant and Juliana have been embroiled in drama. Litia has made her negative feelings about Grant known, and Juliana has lashed out, taking some of Litia's comments personally. However, I think Juliana's reactions make sense, given how strongly she loves Grant. Plus, Grant has remained by her side through it all, which bodes well for their relationship.

Because of these moments, Juliana answered yes to Nick Viall when he asked if she thought Litia was a "mean girl" on The Viall Files podcast. Juliana believed Litia was purposely being malicious towards Grant and wanted to stand up for her fiancé. On the one hand, Juliana probably shouldn't be dissing a woman who got her heart broken on national television, but on the other hand, Juliana's loyalty towards Grant is admirable and proves they have a strong relationship.
