While also sharing that his 44-year-old son Dimitri Hamlin‘s Los Angeles home burned down in the wildfires of Southern California earlier this year and offering an update on his model daughters, the 73-year-old actor and husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna, 61, suggested that Bethenny, 54, might have “bad taste.”

“I’m a huge fan of Bethenny’s, and all I can say is that taste is a personal thing. Some people have good taste. Some people have bad taste. But there’s no accounting for it, right? There’s no accounting for taste. So I appreciate — if somebody gives us a try, give it a try. If you like it you like, if you don’t, hey, buy something else,” Harry told the Daily Mail, as seen in a video shared on Instagram.

As fans may have seen, the Real Housewives of New York City alum shared a video on TikTok after taste-testing Harry’s Famous Rosemary Red Wine pasta sauce in December, confirming she was far from a fan.

“I don’t like that. It tastes like vinegar or wine or something,” she told her online viewers. “It’s rosemary red wine, but I don’t know that the world needed that.”

Then, a short while later, after facing backlash for her harsh criticism, Bethenny defended her review.

“Do not send me products if you don’t want an honest review,” she warned. “If you send something to me, I’m going to review it live and direct. You see it happen in the moment … because this is not about celebrities send[ing] me products and I’m nice to them because I know them … You get what you get, and you don’t get upset.”

In other Harry Hamlin news, he appeared on the February 4 episode of Live! With Kelly & Mark, where he confirmed the loss of son Dimitri’s home.

“His house burned down,” Harry revealed. “His house burned in Pacific Palisades, and he’s been going around — he asked me for a reciprocating saw so he can saw through some drywall to see if he can get to his old office to see if he can get to his hard drives that all of his artwork is on.”

“He’s a digital artist, so his artwork is on these hard drives from before the Cloud. So, he’s been trying to find them. I don’t know if he found them or not,” he added.

He also spoke of Delilah Belle Hamlin, 26, and Amelia Gray Hamlin, 23, revealing that the girls love to “come home” and stay in their old rooms.

“They like staying in their rooms that they grew up in. I mean, my daughter Amelia. She lives at 30,000 feet. She’ll fly from China to Barcelona to Paris to New York. But she always comes home,” he explained. “Both of my kids love coming home, and they love taking vacations with us.”

Harry went on to applaud the work ethic of both of his daughters.

“They work so hard … These kids are amazing. Amelia will go to Paris, and she’ll walk in, like, five shows in one day … These guys are working. They are working,” he declared.
