“He Blocked Us!”: Love Is Blind’s Deepti and Natalie Say Milton Cut Them Off Online Amid His Divorce

Love Is Blind alums Deepti Vempati and Natalie Lee allegedly have social media beef with fellow show personality Milton Johnson amid his ongoing divorce from Lydia Velez Gonzalez.

“There’s always two sides to the story and, obviously, Milton has stayed very quiet,” Deepti, 34, said on the Wednesday, June 18, episode of her and Natalie’s “Out of the Pods” podcast, while discussing the divorce drama.

Natalie, 33, chimed in, mentioning that the pair likely “wouldn’t know” if Milton, 26, had addressed his breakup anyway.

“Because he blocked us,” she alleged. “Guys, he blocked Deepti and I.”

Deepti and Natalie became pals after appearing on season 2 of Love Is Blind, in which they both ended the Chicago-set experiment single. Milton, meanwhile, married Lydia, 33, during the finale of season 5. Lydia confirmed their divorce earlier this month after two years together.

“This is so funny because Natalie was pointing out how Milton blocked her,” Deepti recalled on Wednesday’s episode. “I was like, ‘That’s weird. I’m pretty sure he didn’t block me.’ Obviously, we don’t follow each other, [but] the other day, I went and looked and I’m blocked too!”

She added, “I honestly took that personally. … I should take it as an honor because he cares so much about us that he blocked us. We’re just trying to paint the full picture, OK?”

Milton has not publicly addressed Deepti and Natalie’s claims. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.

“When I went to go search his profile [to look for a statement], I typed in his name into the Instagram search bar,” Natalie recalled. “It didn’t exist, so I was like, ‘Oh, he’s never had a profile [and] just doesn’t have an online presence.’ I Googled his name to [see] if he said anything [and] his Instagram profile shows up as the top search. That’s when I realized, ‘Oh, he blocked us.’”

Deepti jumped in, joking that she was “offended” to get blocked by Milton.

“I feel, like, I’m so unbiased and kind and it hits me hard,” she said. “This one didn’t hurt so much.”

As the two besties commiserated over the Instagram blocking, Natalie had a theory about the reason why.

“I said during our season 5 Love Is Blind recaps that I heard Milton was pushed to say ‘I do’ at the altar,” Natalie speculated to her friend. “But, because you’re, like, an extension of me, [he must] hate you too. I was being kind of coy on the podcast, like, ‘I’ve heard some rumblings [and] there’s some speculation. I don’t know who.’ I’ve literally heard it from cast members from the season 5 cast.”
