"He Cheated, Then Wished Her the Best" — Gleb Savchenko’s Breakup Message to Brooks Nader Raises Eyebrows

On April 7, reports surfaced that “Dancing With the Stars” pro Gleb Savchenko and his girlfriend, model Brooks Nader, had split.

However, in the hours that followed, Savchenko broke his silence on the matter, telling Us Weekly that he learned about the split on the internet.

“I was surprised to learn through an article published today … that Brooks has ended our relationship,” he told the outlet. “The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6th, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”

“The last time I saw Brooks was when I traveled to New York to support her and film an episode of her reality show on March 31st and April 1st. And she was sad to see me leave, but I had to return to DWTS to finish my four month tour,” he added.

Savchenko said he wishes Nader the best.

Shortly after news broke that Savchenko and Nader were no more, the ballroom pro started deleting some of the photos of Nader from his Instagram account. Fans took to Reddit to react — but some aren’t so convinced that things are truly over.

“Well, it may be real or, like others have theorized, we now have to consider the possibility that the two are forcing a fake breakup for whatever reality show Brooks and her sisters are trying to create. Breakup drama like this is guaranteed views (look at how much people are talking about them now),” one person wrote.

“Me thinks this is for the reality show,” someone else said.

“I think they’re messing with everyone again. He commented ‘where was my partner’ on DWTS Instagram on the post with Amanda, Ariana, Kate, etc. coming up for DDD. It makes it seem like a joke/ploy for attention. Why would he comment that if they were legitimately broken up?” a third Redditor added.

Savchenko also posted a TikTok that appeared to be in relation to his split from Nader.

“To everyone who watches my life and gossips about it, don’t give up,” Savchenko mouths to a voice over. “Season 2 is about to come out.”

The DWTS pro looked into the camera, smiled, and winked before putting on a cowboy hat — one of the costume pieces for the “Dancing With the Stars” live tour.

Meanwhile, Nader hasn’t spoken out about the split. She’s focused on filming her family’s new reality television show.

“The sisters all just got a place together and the show is full steam ahead,” a source told Us Weekly in an article published on April 7.
