Butterbean believes Mike Tyson is not in good shape for his clash with Jake Paul.
Tyson has faced concerns over his physical condition as he prepares to return to the ring at the age of 58 to face YouTube star Paul on November 15.
It is a full professional bout, the heavyweight legend's first since 2005, and he has suffered from a number of medical conditions since.
And fellow blue-riband icon Butterbean has suggested that he is sure that Tyson is in no fit state to fight Paul after bumping into him.
He told AL.com: "I saw Mike about three weeks ago, and he looked pregnant.
"I would knock him out. He has no chin.
"The problem with those who have lost to Tyson is they didn’t challenge him."
Butterbean - real named Eric Esch - has forever campaigned for a shot at Tyson from his own time in the spotlight.
He is equally as confident as the 58-year-old of making a comeback, and insists he is in the 'best shape ever' after making a big transformation.
Tyson has looked in half decent shape during training footage, where he has shown off his physique.
But he is a far cry from fighting shape as a professional, having already looked past his best 19 years ago prior to his retirement.
'Iron Mike' is in a full training camp, having been already forced to withdraw once after suffering an ulcer flare up.
It will be nothing like his intense camps to face the likes of Evander Holyfield, Larry Holmes and Lennox Lewis during his prime years.
And that has already been proven, with the former undisputed champion worryingly admitting his body is struggling to deal with the demands.
"It's hard to walk right now," he admitted.
Mike Tyson drops new training footage ahead of huge fight with Jake Paul and shows off his power on the pads
"But two months from now I'm going to be perfect. The fight is won in the gym.
"Listen, I’ll do anything that will help me.
"I'm going to enjoy my time here tonight with all my childhood friends, and the hell with Jake Paul."
It could be an uphill battle for Tyson who will be fighting both his body and Paul on the night.
Should he lose, the veteran will have a devastating mark on his professional resume.
