According to Lauren, Cameron’s excitement about becoming a dad has transformed him into something else entirely — a man who’s constantly hovering, monitoring, and micromanaging her every move.
“He won’t let me carry the groceries. He checks if I’m too hot, too cold, too tired — every five minutes,” she shared. “I know it’s coming from love, but it’s also exhausting.”

“If I want to go for a walk, he wants to follow me with a water bottle and a first aid kit,” Lauren joked, then paused. “But sometimes, I wonder if he trusts me to know my own limits. That hurts.”

While Lauren is deeply grateful for Cameron’s dedication and care, she’s also struggling with the loss of her independence.
