According to TMZThe Real Housewives of Orange County mom and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, have listed their Beverly Hills mansion for $25 million — about $9 million more than what they bought it for in 2023. The listing is reportedly held by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Altman and his brother/business partner, Matt Altman.

“I don’t know anywhere else you can get 8 prime acres sitting on top of Beverly Hills completely unobstructed anywhere near this price point,” Josh told the outlet.

So, why do the Dubrows want to part ways with their  “legendary” mansion? Well, Josh said the couple prefers apartment living, as they're getting closer and closer to empty-nester life.

Heather and Terry’s oldest children — twins Max Dubrow and Nick Dubrow — are away at college and their second-oldest daughter, Kat Dubrow, is preparing to graduate from high school later this year. Once Kat heads to college, the Dubrows will only have one child left at home: their youngest son, Ace Dubrow.

Fans got their first look at the Beverly Hills home in MDLLA Season 15, Episode 8, when Josh took Heather to view the property.

“I think it’s perfect for the Dubrows,” Josh said. “This is a big-time property, and you need to have a big-time appetite to appreciate what this can be. This can be them creating their dream estate.”

The 9,000-square-foot mansion, which Heather dubbed “90201 Dubrow,” features five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, a full-sized tennis court, a grand foyer with dual staircases, and breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline.

Heather Dubrow shares details on her Beverly Hills home renovation

Heather spoke about the purchase in the RHOC Season 18 premiere, dishing on all the updates they had in store.

“I’m always looking for a new project,” she said. “After we sold our Crystal Cove house, we bought this house in Beverly Hills. They really wanted in the low 40s and we got it for $16 million.”

Although she and Terry managed to get a significant — and we mean significant — price reduction, Heather explained the home would require millions of dollars in renovations. She said she was primarily focused on updating the guest house, landscaping, and home movie theater. Heather said if you add in the renovation costs, she and Terry expected to pay around $32 million for the home.

“This house, we’re going to take down to the studs,” Heather said. “But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in.”
