The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow and her husband, celebrity plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, have been trying to sell their Beverly Hills mansion for months, and now they’re slashing the price.
Originally listed at $25 million in March 2025, the home is now on the market for $19.9 million. Despite the high-profile agents involved, there still haven’t been any takers.
Why Heather Dubrow Is Ready to Move On
Heather, 56, opened up about the listing and her change of heart on the July 31 episode of RHOC season 19. The Dubrows bought the property in 2023 for $16 million and had big plans to renovate it into their forever home.
“I literally just want to break even,” Heather said in a confessional, after revealing they had already poured an additional $4 million into the renovation. “First, I thought of this as a failure because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through the end. But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family.”
She added, “The universe is telling us to go elsewhere.”
The Dubrows never even moved into the home, choosing instead to list it. “Million Dollar Listing” stars Josh Altman and Josh Flagg are currently representing the property, which sits on 8.3 acres in the exclusive “Billionaires’ Horseshoe,” where LeBron James and Drake also own homes.
The estate features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an in-ground pool, a tennis court, and sweeping panoramic city views.
The Dubrows Have Already Moved On—To a Lavish LA Penthouse
Though their Beverly Hills mansion remains unsold, Heather and Terry have already found their new base. In 2024, the couple purchased a 5,300-square-foot Los Angeles penthouse for $14 million and moved in quickly.
“To us, this was a time to figure out what area we wanted to live in, which building we liked,” Heather said on RHOC. “I basically saw every building in Los Angeles in every area. I went into this building and I was blown away.”
The condo was designed by the late Italian fashion icon Roberto Cavalli and features only two bedrooms—but it’s all about the luxury details.
Is Heather Dubrow Leaving RHOC (Again)?
While Heather remains a cast member for now, sources tell The U.S. Sun that season 19 could be her last.
“I think she’s done after this season,” an insider shared. “She’s made her mark, she did what she needed to do, but her heart isn’t in OC. That’s no secret. She’s all over the world, she’s in LA. She’s not close with the cast.”
The insider also told the outlet that Heather may not be the only season 19 star jumping ship—this may mark the end for Katie Ginella, too.
“Katie just doesn’t fit in with this group, and fans will see… things are going to get a lot worse for her.
“The premiere isn’t good for her, and things will just spiral more and more for her.
