How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Of course, residing in a penthouse has its perks. As Heather showed off her Los Angeles home in the video above, she declared, "The Dubrows are now living in the sky."

With views of the ocean and the iconic Hollywood Sign from different parts of the apartment, Heather says, "It's really the best of LA." One room in particular, which you can see in the video above, has a particularly "spectacular" view of the "city, mountains, ocean, [and] Catalina."

While Heather describes the view from the apartment as "the coolest thing ever," the interior is beyond impressive as well.

"Everything that you see here was imported from Italy and Spain," Heather explains. "The incredible designer, Roberto Cavalli, designed this entire penthouse... It's apparently the only house he ever did in the United States."

In summary, Heather states, "This whole apartment just feels very sexy to me."

In addition to their incredible Los Angeles penthouse, Heather and Terry also recently purchased a house in Beverly Hills.

On the Season 18 premiere of RHOC, Heather explained that because the massive apartment is "only two bedrooms," they also "need a family home," which is why they bought the $16 million house in Beverly Hills they are currently renovating.

"This house, we're going to take down to the studs," Heather shared during the July 11 episode. "But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in."

As they made renovation plans, it was estimated that Heather and Terry will spend "two to three million" for landscaping, "just over two million" on the guest house, and one million on a movie theater, among other changes that brought the running total to $32 million.
