“He’s the Worst Guy I’ve Ever Met”: Kristin Cavallari Slams Craig Conover as She Reflects on Their Short-Lived Romance

The rumors were brief, the fling even briefer — but Kristin Cavallari is finally telling her side of the story, and she’s not holding back.

Kristin Cavallari Confirms She Has Kissed Craig Conover Despite Denial | Us Weekly

In a recent podcast appearance, the Laguna Beach and Very Cavallari alum opened up about her short-lived romance with Southern Charm’s Craig Conover — and made it abundantly clear there’s no love lost between them.

“It Was a Disaster from the Start”

Kristin didn’t mince words when asked about her rumored connection with Craig.

“He’s the worst guy I’ve ever met,” she said flatly. “I don’t even know what I was thinking. It was a disaster from the start.”

Fans may remember when whispers of a possible fling between the two reality stars swirled back in 2022 — fueled by flirty comments, mutual friends, and tabloid speculation. But according to Kristin, what happened between them barely qualifies as anything at all.

“We were never really dating,” she clarified. “It was maybe a few texts, a hangout or two, and then I realized — nope. Absolutely not.”

Not Her Type, Not Even Close

When pressed for details on what went wrong, Kristin didn’t hesitate.

“Craig’s immature. He’s messy. And honestly? He just loves the attention. I don’t do guys who want to be reality stars more than they want to be grown men.”

While she acknowledged that everyone has their flaws, Kristin made it clear that Craig’s behavior — both on and off camera — was a major turn-off.

“He plays this charming Southern boy act, but behind the scenes? It’s all ego.”

No Regrets, Just Lessons

Despite the awkward fallout, Kristin says she has no regrets — only a clearer picture of what she wants and doesn’t want in a partner.

“Dating — or almost dating — someone like Craig taught me a lot. I want someone grounded. Someone emotionally mature. Not someone chasing clout.”

As for whether they’re on speaking terms?

“God, no,” she laughed. “I haven’t talked to him in forever. And I don’t plan to.”
