Alexis Bellino was showered with flowers, gifts, and love on her birthday — and her fiancé, John Janssen, was by her side for the special day.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum turned 48 on January 19, and she spent the day surrounded by her loved ones, including John and her three kids, James Bellino, Mackenna Bellino, and Miles Bellino (who she shares with ex-husband, Jim Bellino).
She took to her Instagram Stories to share a few highlights from her birthday celebration, including the plant and bouquet of flowers she received, and a present wrapped in a white bow and featuring the word "Mom" on the paper.
"Loved my bday weekend!!!" Alexis wrote alongside a picture of two of the gifts she got (a pajama set covered in lips from PJ Salvage and a pearl bracelet with nautical gold accents on it). "So much more not shown[,] but thank you to my fam!!! Love you all."
Alexis also went out to celebrate her birthday with John and her three kids. She posted a sweet photo from the outing on her Instagram Story, and she added a simple red heart emoji in the caption.
Alexis' 48th birthday celebration looked quite different from her last birthday. Back in January 2024, Alexis posted a photo of her holding a silver tray with a crown and a drink on it. "It’s a beautiful mocktail on a platter for my birthday luncheon today!" she wrote in the caption of the post. "My girls love me…that’s for sure. More pics soon!"
The mom of three wore the Van Cleef & Arpels promise ring that John gave her for Christmas to the luncheon. Since then, John has upgraded Alexis' promise ring into an engagement ring. John popped the question on the couple's nine-month anniversary in September 2024.
Alexis Bellino's life after RHOC Season 18
After initially leaving RHOC following Season 8, Alexis returned to the group as a friend of the ladies for Season 18. About a month after the three-part reunion wrapped, Alexis confirmed that she would not be returning to the show.
"It was a little bit of a relief," she explained on the December 20 episode of the Going Rogue podcast. She later addressed her exit in a post on her Instagram page.

"When one door closes, another one opens," Alexis wrote alongside a video of her and John. She then cited a Bible verse. "'And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.' Love my girls and wishing them the best season yet."
Since confirming her departure from the series, Alexis has been spending a lot of quality time with John and their "Brady bunch" brood. John, Alexis, and their blended family spent Christmas together, and the engaged pair later rang in the New Year together at home.
