Luke Gulbranson's career in real estate is now in full force. After the Summer House alum announced in early May that he joined The Corcoran Group as a real estate agent, he is now taking on bigger projects and helping some major Bravolebrities, like Andy Cohen.
Luke took to his Instagram Story this week, where he posted a photo of the inside of Andy's $14m West Village apartment, which is currently listed on the market by Million Dollar Listing New York agent Ryan Serhant. "Who's looking for an amazing WV [West Village] home?" Luke wrote over the photo of Andy's living room in the Instagram story at the time.
"[Andy Cohen] is selling his beautiful, 3,500 sq ft, West Village apt!" he added, noting that "interested buyers" should send him a direct message if they want to find out more.
Ryan Serhant says Andy Cohen's West Village apartment is a "one of one"
Ryan Serhant officially listed Andy's 3,500 square-foot apartment in early September. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host's space boasts three bedrooms, a home office, a den, and two levels (since it's four separate apartments converted into one space). The apartment also has a built-in bar, wood-burning fireplaces, and a steam room, making it very unique and cozy.
"The first time I ever walked into Andy's apartment, I said 'Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know, because it's one of one," Ryan told The New York Times on September 4. "It's one of those treasures that you wait your whole career to find something like this that you get to bring to the market and sell."
Details on Luke Gulbranson's Real Estate Career
Luke took to his Instagram feed on May 9, where he posted a Reel announcing his very exciting career news. In the Reel, Luke can be seen doing activities in his home state of Minnesota before arriving at his real estate office in New York City. And in the voice over, he explained that he grew up helping his dad design homes and work on home renovation projects.
"Fast forward to New York City, where I've spent the past two decades living in almost every borough," he said. "I still revel in the city's historical details and modern day innovation. This appreciation has inspired me to become a real estate agent. To work with The Corcoran Group and some of the most talented agents is a dream. I love this city."
"I'm happy to announce I am a licensed real estate agent in NY," he wrote in the caption of the post. "Working with the best [The Corcoran Group] in this magical city! Selling, Buying, or Renting, I look forward to working with you!"
