Julianne Hough is the celebrity partner for Icelandic Glacial water’s “You Are What You Drink, Be Exceptional” campaign, and her collaboration with the brand has given fans insight into her approach to health and wellness.

She explained why she partnered with the brand on their campaign and the meaning the “Be Exceptional” motto has for her in an interview with People on June 20. “‘Be Exceptional’ is something that I live my life by,” Hough told People. “We get to choose every day if we’re going to be exceptional. And, by the way, exceptional doesn’t mean perfect. Exceptional means giving your best that day, and your best might be 60 percent, and that’s exceptional.”

Hough also understands the importance of drinking enough water, and she credits hydration as her beauty secret. “I’m like, ‘Honestly, it always starts with water,'” she said. “It starts with hydration and feeding the body from the inside out.” Is it really that simple?

The former “Dancing With the Stars” pro and current co-host of the ABC dance competition also posted two photos on Instagram from her partnership with Icelandic Glacial. The first picture shows her in a white dress as she holds onto the glass bottle. In the second image, she is wearing light blue workout clothes. She looks stunning in the campaign, and she shared her excitement about it in the caption.
