“I Took It All Out on Him — And He Still Chose Me Every Day”: Love Is Blind’s Lauren Speed-Hamilton Gets Real About Pregnancy Rage and Cameron’s Unbreakable Love

For Love Is Blind fan favorite Lauren Speed-Hamilton, pregnancy has been a journey filled with joy, fear — and unexpected flashes of rage. In a raw and vulnerable moment, the soon-to-be mom opened up about the emotional rollercoaster she’s been riding, and the quiet strength of the man standing by her through it all: Cameron Hamilton.

“There were days when I snapped over the dumbest things,” Lauren confessed. “He’d say the wrong thing, breathe the wrong way — and I’d just lose it. But he never walked away. Not once.”

“It Wasn’t Just Hormones — It Was Fear, It Was Overwhelm”

Lauren admits that while pregnancy is often portrayed as a magical time, the reality was far more intense. Behind the glowing photos and sweet nursery plans was a woman struggling to hold it all together.

“Everyone tells you to expect mood swings,” she said. “But no one tells you how guilty you’ll feel afterward. How you’ll cry in the bathroom after yelling at the man you love, just because he forgot to bring the right kind of granola.”

It wasn’t just irritability. It was fear — of losing control, of the unknown, of not being enough. And Cameron became the safest place for all of those emotions to land.

“He Never Took It Personally — He Just Held Me”

Through the tears, the late-night anxiety spirals, and the slammed cabinet doors, Lauren says Cameron never made her feel ashamed for how she was feeling.

“He’d let me vent, scream, cry — and then he’d quietly rub my back or make me a cup of tea,” she said. “He didn’t try to fix me. He just stayed.”

The couple has always been admired for their emotional maturity, but Lauren says this chapter has deepened her respect for the man she married.

“There were times when I pushed him away, emotionally and physically. But somehow, that only made him love me harder.”

“He Chose Me, Even on My Worst Days”

Pregnancy rage is real — and for Lauren, it’s been humbling. But even in her most difficult moments, Cameron never stopped choosing her.

“There’s a kind of love that shows up when you’re messy, when you’re mean, when you’re scared. That’s the love Cameron gave me every single day.”

She added with a soft laugh, “He probably deserves a trophy. Or a long vacation.”

Love, Imperfect and Unshakable

Now nearing the final stretch of her pregnancy, Lauren says she’s in awe of what they’ve built together — not just a family, but a deeper kind of partnership.

“I may have been a mess some days. But we never stopped laughing. Never stopped loving. And now we’re about to bring life into the world — together.”

Because even when everything felt like too much, Cameron never made her feel like she was too much. And that, Lauren says, is what real love looks like.
