KAILYN Lowry has shared a heartfelt message to her oldest son amid concerns for her growing family.
The Teen Mom star took to her Instagram Stories with an apology for Isaac, 13, on Tuesday.
In the post, Kailyn, 31, reposted an image showing white text on a black background.
The message read: "To my oldest child, I'm sorry I created you before my life was put together.
"I'm sorry you've seen me broken, but thank you for growing up with me and showing me how to love unconditionally. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be who I am today."
Kailyn's apology came just days after she revealed that Isaac had given her advice on how to raise her baby Rio, who arrived less than a year before her newborn twins.
In a Q&A, a social media user begged: "Will you show pics of Rio?"
MTV star Kailyn responded: "I'm still thinking about this! I love that he's had his privacy. Isaac said to wait until Rio can tell me if he wants his face online or not," along with laughing and crying emojis.
She conceded: "I thought about maybe in a family photo or something when we get them done again."
Isaac's advice contrasts with his own childhood, which saw his birth and early years documented on Teen Mom 2, followed by frequent appearances on his mom's Instagram and TikTok.
While Kailyn has apologized for Isaac's childhood and he suggested that he would change things for his siblings, fans have raised concerns that Kailyn was using him and her other kids for money.
In an ad from earlier this year, Isaac lip-synched to audio from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Kailyn's oldest child acted along as he mimed the words: "I pretty much started this entire family. No one would be anywhere or anything without me."
On Reddit, after one person praised Isaac for seeming well-adjusted in the clip, another responded: "Children that are exploited on national TV for entertainment are not well adjusted she is disgusting for using her kids as a paycheck."
"I mean, no lies were detected. Issac is the reason why you have everything you have now," said another.
A third snarked: "The reason she is rich is pretty wild to think about. And the fact that her kids are a huge part of it and they had no say in the matter."

Alongside Isaac, shared with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, Kailyn is the mother of Lincoln, 9, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
She also shares Lux, 5, and Creed, 2, with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez.
Kailyn also shares a baby, Rio, born in November 2022, with her boyfriend Elijah Scott, 25
On Friday, two sources exclusively confirmed to The U.S. Sun that Kailyn gave birth to twins - a boy and a girl - less than one year after welcoming Rio.
Some fans have said they feel bad for Kailyn's children after the birth of babies six and seven.
One critic wrote: "This is getting crazy. Hopefully this is her last pregnancy. I feel so bad for her eldest two especially Isaac."
