Summer House star Ciara Miller reveals where she stands with costars Jesse Solomon and Lexi Wood after their season 9 drama during an exclusive interview with Life & Style.
Throughout season 9, fans watched Jesse, 31, and Lexi, 28, have a tumultuous relationship that grew even more dramatic when he began flirting with Ciara, 29. Once the former couple broke up, the tension escalated when Jesse claimed Lexi didn’t like that he was friends with Ciara.
Now that time has settled since the conflict took place during the summer of 2024, Ciara exclusively tells Life & Style that she and Jesse are still “friends.”
“Nothing more. And it will always be that way,” she adds while promoting her partnership with Brawny, shutting down any possibility of her and Jesse’s relationship turning romantic.
When it comes to Lexi, Ciara hasn’t been as open. In fact, she previously told the New York Post that she didn’t “care” if Lexi will return for season 10 of the Bravo show. “If she’s here next year, great, but if she’s not, see ya, I’ll never have to see her again,” she said during an interview published on May 7. “I’m used to people coming in and out and not staying. I just don’t care, honestly.”
“I guess we’d have to see for the next season,” she tells Life & Style when asked if she would consider becoming friends with Lexi in the future. “I don’t even know if I would be in that position … I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.”
Ciara shares the update after Jesse exclusively told Life & Style that he and Ciara are on good terms. “Ciara’s just a friend. And she’s becoming a pretty good friend, which is nice,” he said during a May interview, noting that their friendship is “flirty.”
However, he insisted that they are only “friends” and have “never crossed that line.”
In addition to sharing where she stands with Jesse and Lexi, Ciara also opens up about her partnership with Brawny. After part 1 of the season 9 reunion on May 28, it was announced that she teamed up with the brand and the 3-Ply Guys to tackle her famously chaotic space.
“After the reunion, there’s always a little drama and of course there’s a mess. We love to get messy, so I called in like the ultimate cleanup crew and the Brawny men were, like, the perfect person for the job,” Ciara tells Life & Style about the partnership ahead of part 2 of the reunion on Thursday, June 4. “I feel like they’re dependable, they can handle it, they’re strong and everyone knows a reunion is quite messy.”
She adds that partnering with the brand was an easy decision because she’s been using Brawny products for years, both on and off Summer House. “I feel like whether it’s, like, messy glam rooms between our house in the summer … we have to have a dependable paper towel to clean up all the mess,” Ciara says. “And the 3-Ply Guys really know what they’re doing and, of course, they look good while they’re doing it.”
